Increasing organizational dynamics in the current phase of the long bloody struggle against the fascist regime; With the kind consent of Mr. Tariq Rahman, the organizational guardian of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, to ensure a production-oriented education system, terror-free education, and meaningful coexistence in all educational institutions, to demand the cancellation of the new curriculum that destroys the education system, and above all to accelerate the ongoing struggle to ensure democracy, voting rights, and freedom of expression on the basis of 31 points. Chhatra Dal president Rakibul Islam Rakib and general secretary Nashir Uddin Nashir have taken the decision to organize the workers conference of all district units across the country. According to this decision, in the first phase, the date of the workers conference was announced in four steps in Rajshahi Division:
