Faridpur Correspondent: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the Awami League government has no relationship with the people. They are isolated from the people.
He said these things while addressing the chief guest at the divisional mass meeting of BNP in Faridpur on Saturday (November 12).
Secretary General of BNP said that today they are harassing even the country’s clerics. Accusing them in false cases and sending them to jail. They are not even bailed.
Mirza Fakhrul said that during the tenure of this government, 10 lakh crores of taka have been smuggled. By looting the country’s wealth, they are smuggling it abroad. Where did the government steal? Ranging from mega projects to unemployment allowance, old age allowance, widow allowance, they have stolen. Now he says that he did not chew the reserve money. We say you have chewed and not swallowed the reserve money.
He said, I want to make one thing clear, right now, Sheikh Hasina’s Awami League government should resign, parliament should be dissolved, an impartial government should be formed and elections should be held, and a new election commission should be formed.
