Eight special trains will run on the day of the Prime Minister’s visit to Mymensingh

Mymensingh Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is visiting Mymensingh next Saturday (March 11). A total of eight special trains will run from Mymensingh on different routes that day. Superintendent of Mymensingh Railway Station on Thursday, March 9). Nazmul Haque Khan confirmed this information to Ittefaq.

He said that a notification signed by Bangladesh Railways Assistant Chief Operating Superintendent (East) Kamal Akhtar Hossain had informed him about the movement of eight special trains. Eight special trains will run on the Gafargaon-Mymensingh, Nandail-Mymensingh, Dewanganj Bazar (Jamalpur)-Mymensingh, Netrakona-Mymensingh, Advocate Matiur Rahman Station-Mymensingh, Gauripur-Mymensingh, Ishwarganj-Mymensingh, and Jaria-Jhanjail-Mymensingh routes. Those eight trains will leave from the designated station for Mymensingh between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. At the end of the rally, the trains will leave Mymensingh one by one in the evening for the designated destination.

According to Awami League party sources, the Prime Minister is scheduled to address a rally of the Awami League at the Mymensingh Circuit House grounds on Saturday afternoon. Buses have already been hired for the movement of party leaders and workers by road. Meanwhile, on the occasion of the Prime Minister’s arrival, various roads in the city have already been lined with posters and banners congratulating leaders and activists. Micking and different types of campaigns are going on in Mymensingh City to join the public meeting.
