Awami League’s oath in Gopalganj: will bring Sheikh Hasina back to the country

Gopalganj representative: Gopalganj district Awami League leaders have vowed to bring Sheikh Hasina back to the country. They took this oath standing at the altar of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s tomb complex in Tungipara, Gopalganj, Wednesday afternoon. District Awami League president Mahbub Ali Khan recited the oath.

It is said in the oath that they will take revenge for all the wrongs done to Sheikh Hasina.

Earlier, the leaders and workers prayed for the safety, health, and longevity of Awami League President and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina after the Zohar prayer at the shrine complex mosque.

Later, in a response, District Awami League President Mahbub Ali Khan said, ‘We will bring Bangabandhu’s daughter Sheikh Hasina back to the country through the movement. We will stop the anarchy that Jamaat-BNP is creating.

District Awami League general secretary GM Sahab Uddin Azam said, ‘We will not return home till the day we cannot bring our leader back to the soil of the country. If necessary, we will develop a strict movement.

District Awami League Secretary Ilyas Haque, Industry and Commerce Secretary Rafiqul Islam, Publicity Secretary Sikdar Nazrul Islam, Tungipara Municipality Mayor Sheikh Mozammel Haque, Gopalganj Sadar Upazila Awami League General Secretary Abu Siddique, Tungipara Upazila Awami League Joint General Secretary Imdadul Haque Biswas. , municipal Awami League president Sheikh Saiful Islam, general secretary Forkan Biswas, and other leaders and workers of the organization were present.
