Dhaka Bureau: Miscreants set fire to a Tarang Paribahan passenger bus in front of Aziz Super Market in Shahbagh, the capital. Two fire service units worked to control the fire.
The arson incident took place on Thursday (December 7) at 1:35 p.m. Rozina Akhtar, duty officer of the fire service, confirmed the matter.
Today is the second day of the tenth phase of the blockade called by the BNP and like-minded political parties. The Fire Service reported that miscreants set fire to 12 vehicles across the country in 24 hours, from 6 a.m. on Wednesday (December 6) to 6 a.m. on Thursday. Among them, six vehicles were set on fire in Dhaka city.
