Dhaka Bureau: Six people, including the chief coordinator and head of the training wing of the banned militant organization Ansar Al Islam, have been arrested in the capital. The main coordinator of the arrest is Abdur Razzak, alias Ishaq, alias Saiba.
RAB’s Legal and Media Wing Senior Assistant Director, Senior ASP ANM Imran Khan, said that they were arrested in a raid in Rupganj, Narayanganj, Dhaka, early on Monday (December 11).
He also said that six people, including Abdur Razzak alias Ishaq alias Saiba, chief coordinator and head of the training branch of Ansar Al Islam in Ashulia, Savar, Manikganj, Gazipur, and Mymensingh areas of the capital, have been arrested. In this regard, details will be given at the press conference organized at the Karwan Bazar RAB Media Center on Monday (December 11) at noon.
