International Desk: The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have been carrying out indiscriminate airstrikes in the besieged Gaza Strip for 20 consecutive days. Despite the declaration of war against Hamas, Israel’s indiscriminate bombing does not spare Gaza’s schools, hospitals, residential buildings, refugee camps, mosques, or churches.

Gaza authorities said on Thursday that the continuous bombardment has reduced one area after another to rubble. Emergency services do not have the necessary equipment to rescue people trapped under the rubble of collapsed buildings.

Gaza authorities say about 800 children are buried under the rubble. Many bodies also remain unidentified.

According to Al Jazeera, members of Palestinian families are scattered across Gaza. Many are unaware that their loved ones have been killed in Israeli attacks. It has become difficult to communicate with anyone due to constant Israeli attacks. Members of families are choosing to live separately in hopes of reducing the risk of a single attack killing the entire family.

After the Palestinian independence organization Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, the Israeli military has been carrying out retaliatory attacks on Gaza since that day.

According to the Ministry of Health of Gaza, since October 7, 6 thousand 546 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli attack on Gaza. And at least 17,493 Palestinians were injured. On the other hand, 102 Palestinians have been killed so far in Israel’s military operations in the occupied West Bank. And at least 1,036 people were injured.
