UK Representative: Sylhet City Corporation Mayor Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury visited the Newbury Park Mosque in Redbridge on Friday, August 4. He offered Friday prayers there and interacted with leaders of the Redbridge Community Trust (RCT) and gave a brief address to the worshippers.
Mayor Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury said, I am determined to carry out my duties sincerely for the development of Sylhet City Corporation and citizens. He said, in future, if you have any kind of problem when you go to Sylhet, please contact me at home or office. I promise, I will take appropriate steps to solve your problem.
After Jumma prayers, he interacted with members of the Redbridge Community Trust. At this time, Red Bridge Community Trust announced to organize a public meeting during Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury’s next visit to London.
