Sports Desk: England reached the final after defeating India by 10 wickets in the T20 World Cup semi-final in Adelaide. England will face Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on November 13. Batting first, India made a challenging score of 168 runs for 6 wickets in the fifties of Kohli and Hardik. In response, the English reached the port of victory with 4 overs in hand due to Hales-Butler’s rampage

England’s two openers Alex Hales and Josh Buttler completed hundreds in 10.1 overs in the run chase. Hales scored a fifty off 28 balls. Buttler scored a fifty off 36 balls. In the end, England reached the port of victory with 4 overs in Butler-Hales pair. Hales won the Man of the Match award with an unbeaten 86 off 47 balls with four fours and seven sixes. Josh Buttler remained unbeaten on 80 runs off 74 balls with nine fours and three sixes.

Earlier, India lost the wicket of Lokesh Rahul at the start of batting. Then captain Rohit scored 27 runs off 28 balls and was dismissed by Chris Jordan. Suryakumar, who was in great rhythm, was dismissed for 14 runs off 10 balls. Virat Kohli added 61 runs with Hardik Pandya. Kohli scored 50 off 40 balls before returning. Hardik played the team’s highest innings of 63 runs from 33 balls.

Chris Jordan took 3 wickets for 43 runs in 4 overs for England. Sam Curren managed 42 runs in 4 overs and remained wicketless. Leg spinner Adil Rashid bowled well. He gave only 20 runs in 4 overs. Took a wicket. Chris Woakes took a wicket with 24 runs in 3 overs.
