Dhaka Bureau: Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal will present the proposed budget of Tk 7 lakh 61 thousand 785 crore for the next financial year (2023–24) in Parliament today, Thursday.

The budget for the financial year 2023–24 will be the first budget on the way to building smart Bangladesh. Health, agriculture, food production, and management are given more importance in this year’s budget, and for good reason. There will be various food-friendly programs of the government throughout the fiscal year, and the scope of social security programs has been increased.
