Jamaat-BNP must be resisted: Syeda Razia Mustafa

Own Correspondent: A protest rally was held in Rajshahi against the threat to kill Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the daughter of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the greatest Bengali of a thousand years. It was held on the morning of May 29 (Monday) at Bibirhat Bus Station, Muktijoddha Chatwar, of Fatikchari Upazila.

Mahila Awami League President Razia Masood of Fatikchhari Upazila presided over this protest meeting and protest march under the direction of Mahila Awami League General Secretary Jebunnahar Mukta.

Syeda Razia Mostafa, Information and Research Secretary of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh Women’s Awami League and Chief Organizational Leader of Chittagong Division, was present as the chief guest. The special guests were North District Women’s Awami League President Dilara Yusuf and General Secretary Ed. Basanti Prabha.

In the speech of the chief guest, Syeda Razia Mostafa said that Bangabandhu formed Sonar Bangla. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina continues to implement Bangabandhu’s dream. The whole world is now on the side of Bangladesh. He gave age allowances for the disabled, pregnant, widowed, etc. The country is moving forward from “digital Bangladesh to “smart Bangladesh. He has blessed the country with gold by implementing various programs.

He also said that Jamaat BNP must be resisted wherever it is found. The Bangladesh Mahila Awami League wants to challenge the people of Fatikchari and bring him back to power through voting.

Female leaders Romana Nasreen, Shahida Akhtar, Manwara Begum, Rahima Mansoor, Selina Akhtar, Lipi Dewan, Parveen Akhtar, and others were also present in the meeting.
