International Desk: The ground wing of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has successfully tested a new suicide drone. The new drone has been named Mirage-532, and young Iranian experts have worked on the design and production of this drone. Irna news.
The drone has a piston engine and has a one-way range of 450 km, said General Ali Kuhestani, head of the IRGC’s ground wing, the Research and Self-Reliance Jihad Organization.
He said the Kamikaze drone can fly continuously for three hours above 12 thousand feet. Aside from this, the drone can be flown from the top of the car.
General Kuhestani said this drone can carry a 50-kilogram warhead and is capable of hitting targets with high precision.
Also, the drone is built in a very simple manner and can be built in a short period of time. As a result, it takes less time to put this drone into use.
