International Desk: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was ousted from the post of Prime Minister of Pakistan in April of this year. But Imran Khan did not officially accept it. He has been claiming that ‘foreign powers’ have joined hands with his opponents to oust him. After being ousted from power, this leader started aggressive politics in very harsh language.

The head of the country organized large gatherings in major cities. It washed away the ruling party. In the speech, he hinted that the United States was involved in ousting him. However, this claim was directly rejected by the United States. He also criticized the top officials of the country’s strong military force.

In 2018, it was the Pakistani army that paved the way for Imran Khan to come to power. At that time, Imran Khan’s opposition party complained that Imran Khan came to power by rigging the election in collusion with the army. The opposition alleged that Imran Khan is a puppet of the army. However, after coming to power, Imran got into a conflict with the military chiefs. That conflict is no longer a secret.

Recently, the country’s intelligence chief appeared in an unprecedented press conference in the history of Pakistan. Last October 27, the head of the country’s powerful intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt. Gen. Nadeem Anjum and the chief military spokesman Lt. Gen. Babar Iftikhar exploded a kind of bombshell against Imran Khan in a press conference.

General Nadeem said that in Sarkar Teka, Imran Khan offered Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa to stay as Army Chief indefinitely. which Bajwa rejected. Since then, Nadeem claimed that Imran was behind the army.

Meanwhile, Imran continued to give harsh speeches to the leadership of the military during the long march that began on October 28 to demand early elections. He accused the ISI chief of calling the press conference ‘political’. At the same time, Imran Khan accused them of torturing a party leader.

The former prime minister warned Nadeem Anjum and said that he also knows many secrets, but for the sake of the country and state institutions, I am silent.

Then last Thursday (November 3) Imran Khan’s Long March was shot. Imran Khan was shot in this. Several other leaders of his party were injured. A worker of the party was killed. The PTI chief spoke for the first time on Friday after being shot. He alleged that Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Major General Faisal were behind the assassination attempt.

The country’s army has strongly rejected the PTI chief’s allegation. The Pakistan Army dismissed Imran’s allegations as baseless.

Analysts said that Imran Khan’s accusations, the position of the ruling party, the politics of the country is going towards a dark direction. Apart from this, the division in politics has spread across the country. Along with that, violent protests started across Pakistan in protest against the attack on Imran. According to an analysis by the country’s influential newspaper Dawn, Pakistan’s politics is headed for more hatred and violence.

A fragile economy coupled with the recent devastating floods costing billions of dollars, political deadlock – all together the dark clouds over Pakistan are not going away any time soon.
