International Desk: Indian and Chinese soldiers have clashed on the Arunachal border of India. Several people from both sides were injured in the clash on the Line of Control (LAC) dividing the border between the two countries last Friday. After the clash, the soldiers of the two countries are said to have returned to their respective positions.

Indian media The Tribune and NDTV reported on Monday (December 12) in a report that the clash occurred in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. India claims that when the Chinese troops entered the Indian border, their troops stopped them. This started a conflict between the two sides.

The central government of India has also confirmed the clash on the Arunachal border last Friday. New Delhi said that a flag meeting was held between Indian army commanders deployed in the area and Chinese army commanders to restore peace and stability on the border after the clashes.

More than two-and-a-half years after a bloody clash in eastern Ladakh, the armies of the two countries clashed again. The bloody clash between Indian and Chinese troops took place in June 2020 in the Galwan Valley of eastern Ladakh. 20 Indian soldiers were killed in this. Apart from this, India claims that 40 Chinese soldiers were killed.
