Jannatul of Bangladesh is on the BBC’s list of 100 influential women

The Crime Desk: The BBC has published a list of the 100 most inspiring and influential women in the world this year. Jannatul Ferdous Ivy of Bangladesh has been included in this list. This information was reported in a BBC report on Tuesday (November 21).

Former US first lady Michelle Obama, AI expert Timnit Gebru, human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, Hollywood star America Ferrera, Indian women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur, and Bollywood actress Dia Mirza are on this list.

According to reports about Jannatul Ferdous IV of Bangladesh, 60 percent of her body was burned in a fire accident. He turned from this tragic incident to become a filmmaker, writer, and rights activist.

Jannatul is the founder of Voices and Views, an organization that fights for the rights of burned women. But he is better known as a filmmaker. I made 5 short films. Also wrote three novels. Besides, he creates awareness of the disabled in society through storytelling.

Jannatul did her Masters in English Literature from Eden Women’s College as a non-regular (private) student. Later, he did a Masters in Development Studies from BRAC University. Source: BBC.
