International Desk: At least 60,000 Israelis have left the country through Tel Aviv’s Gurian Airport in just one day due to the ongoing conflict. Thousands of people are still crowding the airport to leave Israel.

However, according to reports, various international companies have suspended flights to Israel amid panic. This has increased the pressure on passengers. Furthermore, Ben Gurion Airport’s Terminal 1 is currently closed. Operations are being conducted through Terminal 3 of the airport.
In the meantime, several US airlines have canceled flights to Israel. Besides, Lufthansa of Germany, Emirates of the United Arab Emirates, and Greek company Aegis Air Lines have also canceled their flights to the country.
Meanwhile, the death toll in Israel as well as Palestine is increasing at a significant rate. The death toll in Israel has risen to over 600 at last count. Among the dead are civilians as well as members of the military.
The situation is getting worse as time goes on. Heavy fighting continues between Hamas and Israeli forces. In such a situation, Israel is evacuating its citizens from various cities bordering Gaza.
Earlier, the Palestinian independence organization Hamas showed its strength by firing more than 5,000 rockets at Israel.
