The price of the dollar increased

Economy Desk: In terms of export earnings, the price of the dollar has increased by one rupee. As a result, exporters will get 105 takas for every dollar. So far, the exporters have gotten 104 taka.

The Bangladesh Foreign Exchange Dealers Association (BAFEDA), the association of executives of commercial banks that received registration for foreign exchange transactions on Thursday, increased the price per dollar from Tk 104 to Tk 105 for buying export bills.

This rate is effective Sunday. As a result, the banks bought the export bill at Tk 105 that day. In the case of dollar sales in the import sector, the price has also increased by an average of one tk. Now the dollar is being sold at 107 to 108 rupees in this sector. Earlier, it was 105 to 107 taka.

Meanwhile, the price of cash has also increased. Most banks are now selling cash at 108 to 110 rupees. They are buying cash at 105 to 108 takas.
