International Desk: Prices of four types of fuel, including petrol-kerosene, have decreased in Pakistan. The matter was confirmed on Sunday in a statement from the Ministry of Finance of the country’s central government. News from Jio News.
According to the statement, the new price of petrol has been revised from Rs 259.10 to Rs 249.10 per liter and high-speed diesel from Rs 262.75 to Rs 259.69 per liter. That is, the price of these two oils has decreased by 10 and 13.06 rupees per liter, respectively.
Besides, the price of kerosene has been increased from 169.62 rupees to 158.47 rupees per liter, and the price of light diesel has been increased from 154.05 rupees to 141.93 rupees per liter. That is, the price of these two oils has decreased by 11.15 and 12.12 rupees per liter, respectively.
After reviewing the international market situation, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority has decided to reduce the prices of four types of fuel oil. This decision will be effective from midnight that day. This price will be valid across the country for the next 15 days. After 15 days, the new price will be decided after reviewing the international market situation.” Due to this, the price of fuel oil has decreased four times in the last two months in Pakistan.
