International Desk: US President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, used to take cocaine every 20 minutes. This is what Hunter’s (54) ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan claimed at a court hearing in a firearms-related case.
Joey told the hearing that when he first met Hunter, he saw him taking cocaine about every 20 minutes. Hunter is on trial in a court in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.
Hunter is accused of purchasing a revolver from a Wilmington firearms store in 2018. When he bought the firearm, he falsely reported his drug addiction on federal paperwork. Hunter falsely claimed he was not a drug addict. But at that time, he was a drug (cocaine) user. He had a firearm in his possession while under the influence of drugs.
Hunter pleaded not guilty in court. His legal team said he was in recovery when he bought the firearm.
Joey claimed that he first met Hunter at a club in New York in December 2017. Within 10 minutes of the meeting, Hunter began taking cocaine. He noted Hunter’s frequent use of cocaine during their relationship. Hunter often withdrew cash for drugs.
This is the first time the son of a sitting US president has been tried on criminal charges. Three federal charges have been brought against Hunter in the case. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted on all charges.
