{"id":9207,"date":"2023-09-25T01:49:23","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T01:49:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/?p=9207"},"modified":"2023-09-25T01:49:23","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T01:49:23","slug":"the-bgb-is-always-ready-to-ensure-internal-security-during-elections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/news\/9207\/","title":{"rendered":"The BGB is always ready to ensure internal security during elections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Dhaka Bureau:<\/strong> BGB Director General Major General AKM Nazmul Hasan said that BGB is ready to deal with any situation, including ensuring internal law and order and security throughout the country, focusing on the upcoming National Assembly elections.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He said this at the 45th anniversary celebration of the Force Support Wing of BGB on Sunday (September 24) afternoon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A banquet was organized to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Force Support Wing of the BGB at the BGB Headquarters in Pilkhana, Dhaka, in the afternoon.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Director General of BGB was present as the chief guest at the reception and inaugurated the anniversary by cutting the cake.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">BGB Director General said, Border Guard Bangladesh is cherished by the rich history and tradition of 228 years.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This army made an unforgettable contribution to the great freedom struggle of 1971.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Since its inception, BGB has been performing the noble responsibility of protecting the country&#8217;s sovereignty and border protection with great skill and professionalism.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">BGB&#8217;s exemplary role in providing assistance to the civil administration in maintaining the internal law and order of the country and in dealing with any emergency situation, including natural calamities, and in various works of nation-building and public welfare is being appreciated all over the world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">BGB Director General also said that besides border protection, BGB is always ready to deal with any situation, including fulfilling any responsibility assigned to BGB and controlling the law and order situation during elections.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dhaka Bureau: BGB Director General Major General AKM Nazmul Hasan said that BGB is ready to deal with any situation, including ensuring internal law and order and security throughout the country, focusing on the upcoming National Assembly elections.
