{"id":9046,"date":"2023-09-17T12:17:33","date_gmt":"2023-09-17T12:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/?p=9046"},"modified":"2023-09-17T12:17:33","modified_gmt":"2023-09-17T12:17:33","slug":"seven-year-old-child-killed-after-rape","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/news\/9046\/","title":{"rendered":"Seven-year-old child killed after &#8216;rape&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>City Reporter:<\/strong> A seven-year-old child was allegedly strangled to death after &#8216;rape&#8217; after entering the house.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Police arrested one person in this incident.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The incident took place on Sunday morning at the Moulvi Pond area of Chandgaon police station in the city.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The deceased is Tanha Akhter Maria of Noakhali&#8217;s Ramgati Upazila Alexander Ramdayal village.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Baker Hossain&#8217;s daughter <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He studied in the first grade of the local primary school.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">His mother, Najma Akhtar, is a garment factory worker.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Baker Hossain said that his wife left for work at 7:30 in the morning.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He also left the house at half past eight, leaving his daughter at home.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Around 9 a.m., a neighbor woman reported that her daughter&#8217;s body was found in the house.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He went home and found the girl&#8217;s body lying on the bed.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">There are injury marks on the neck, arms, and legs.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">SI Riyadus Salehin of the Chandgaon police station said that the body of the child was recovered after getting information.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The child&#8217;s body has been kept at the morgue for post-mortem.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">After getting the autopsy report, the matter of rape will be known.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">And with the help of locals, a youth has been arrested.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Locals alleged that the child was strangled to death after being raped.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>City Reporter: A seven-year-old child was allegedly strangled to death after &#8216;rape&#8217; after entering the house.
