On receiving the news, a police team led by Inspector (Investigation) Saiful Islam of Lohagara police station recovered the body from the canal.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He said that the body may have floated on water from upstream.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">No injury marks were found anywhere on his body.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Arrangements have been made to send the body to the Chittagong Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Shahidul Islam first saw the body and informed the local people.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Hundreds of people from the area gathered on the bank of the Janchhari canal to see the dead body.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">On the other hand, on the afternoon of Monday, September 4, a child named Md. Abdullah (4) drowned in a pond in the Noarbila area of Charamba Union.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">This was confirmed by Charamba UP member Md.
