His death was confirmed by severing the veins of his arms and legs. This incident took place in the local Dangachilan market around 8 o&#8217;clock in the morning on Sunday (03 September).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Officer-in-charge of Lalpur police station Ujjal Hossain and elder brother of the deceased Arshad Ali confirmed the authenticity of the murder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to police and local residents, Osman Gani, who is known as a supporter of local MP Shahidul Islam Bakul, came out of his house on Sunday morning and stopped at Dangapara Chilan market to buy car oil. At that time 10-15 people surrounded him and attacked him and cut the veins of his hands and feet. After that, the miscreants beat him until his death was confirmed. When he was buying oil in a local shop, the opponents surrounded him. At this time, he was beaten. At one point, when he fell on the ground, Osman Gani&#8217;s hands and feet were cut and cut by the opponents to ensure his death.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is to be noted that the local residents believe that Osman Gani was the main accused in the murder of Abdur Razzak, the former chairman of Kadimchilan Union. He may have been killed for this reason. Resident of the same village of Osman Gani upazila and former UP chairman Abdur Razzak is the main accused in the murder case.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to another source, former UP member Rezaul had a long-standing dispute with Osman Gani. In this dispute, opponents came to Osman Gani&#8217;s house and cut and injured some family members including his father and brother. Later, the former chairman Abdur Razzak was hacked to death due to this incident. Osman Ghani was initially believed to have been killed due to a previous dispute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Akram Hossain, general secretary of the Union Chhatra League, said that the attackers had been trying to create a conflict situation on various issues for a long time as opponents of Osman. He heard from people that the attack was led by former member Rezaul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vice President of Lalpur Upazila Awami League ASM Mahamudul Haque demanded justice for the murder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lalpur police station OC Ujjal Hossain said that police have been deployed in the area after the incident. The body of Osman Gani has been kept at his house. It is initially believed that the murder happened due to a previous dispute.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The OC also said that Osman Gani was the main accused in the murder case of Abdur Razzak, former chairman of Kadimchilan Union.
