Tofail Islam said no one has seen such a flood in Satkania in the past.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">It cannot be said that this will not happen in the future.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A fresh water shortage will increase after a flood, and people will get sick.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">For this reason, the rich should stand by the poor, along with the government. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">A concerted effort is needed to overcome disasters.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Everyone should be alert so that no one can create a crisis by considering this disaster as an opportunity.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He was speaking as the chief guest at a discussion meeting with public representatives and government officials of Satkania Upazila on the issue of the rehabilitation of flood victims on Monday afternoon.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Chittagong District Commissioner Abul Basar Mohammad Fakhruzzaman presided over the discussion meeting held at the Upazila Parishad auditorium.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Divisional Commissioner Tofail also said that the government has enough relief reserves.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Yesterday also (Sunday), 500 bundles of wave tin and 1.5 lakhs in cash were allotted to Banvasis.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">I am announcing that I will give 20 metric tons of rice today.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Apart from this, Tk 5 lakh has also been given by S.
