the dispute between the two leaders has finally led to the dissolution of the party.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In a letter to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) on July 4, Reza Kibria asked to ignore all the documents of Nurul Haque Noor, member secretary of the People&#8217;s Rights Council, in the application for registration as a political party.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In that letter, he said, the issue of his expulsion was mentioned in the press release signed by Shakiluzzaman, joint convener and office secretary of the party on July 1.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He cannot be unjustly expelled as the convener of the party.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the letter, he requested the CEC to ignore all the documents submitted by Member Secretary Nurul Haque Noor.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Member Secretary Noor applied to the EC not to accept any of Reza Kibria&#8217;s documents and applications after informing him about his expulsion.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The EC is reconsidering whether the party can be registered after receiving letters in favor and against.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Meanwhile, the building authority has given a notice to vacate the central office of the People&#8217;s Rights Council in Pritam-Zaman Tower located in Paltan of the capital within the next two days.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">On behalf of the owner of the land last Friday afternoon.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Rashidul Azim Mia gave notice to the member secretary of the organization Nurul Haque Noor.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The convener of EC&#8217;s party registration committee.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Abdus Salam said that before getting the registration, it will be checked again whether the party&#8217;s executive committee can be registered in the notice of separation and vacating the office.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tomorrow, Monday at 3 pm, the convener of the People&#8217;s Rights Council.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Reza Kibria has been asked to meet the EC&#8217;s &#8216;Political Party Information Re-verification Committee&#8217; along with the party&#8217;s member secretary and office secretary.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Everything including team office will be re-checked by EC.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">All in all, many of the EC&#8217;s registration verification committee feel that it will eventually become difficult to get the registration of the People&#8217;s Rights Council.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">EC Deputy Secretary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In the letter signed by Abdus Salam, it is said that the appointed committee formed by the Election Commission will re-verify the information regarding the functioning of the central office and the central executive committee of the political party named &#8216;Gana Adhikar Parishad&#8217; and other issues on July 10.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">At that time, the concerned persons were directed and requested to be present with necessary information.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Besides, the EC will verify the office of the party before registration after the notice of vacating the office of the party.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He said, according to the form of the committee at the time of application, whether the committee still exists, any dispute between the party that has come to light, how true are other complications including the expulsion of the convener and whether the address of the office given at the time of registration is correct, these will be checked again.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Moreover, the convener of the party, Reza Kibria, complained that member secretary Noor expelled him unfairly.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He wrote a letter requesting the CEC to ignore all the documents submitted by Member Secretary Nurul Haque Noor.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In view of that, the documents of the party will be re-scrutinized.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Because, before the registration, if the convenor, member secretary keeps expelling each other like this, then doubts may arise about the existence of the party.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Incidentally, 108 parties submitted applications for registration of political parties.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Election Commission initially finalized only 12 parties from these applications and is verifying the party offices of those parties and other information.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The People&#8217;s Rights Council is among these 12 parties.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The party has already been double-checked.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">will happen again<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Meanwhile, several leaders of the People&#8217;s Rights Council said that due to the disagreement of the top two office bearers, one party expelled the convenor Reza Kibria and made the joint convenor Rashed Khan the acting convenor.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In view of this, Reza Kibria&#8217;s team expelled Noor&#8217;s side.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Nurul Haque and Md.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Expelled convener Reza Kibria announced the release of Rashed Khan from the duties of the People&#8217;s Rights Council.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">At the same time, he announced joint convener Hasan Al Mamun as the new member secretary of the party.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Again, Reza Kibria accused Nurul Haque, member secretary of the party, of contacting the embassy of a neighboring country and meeting with the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Basically, there was unrest in the People&#8217;s Rights Council around the top two leaders for many days.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Recently, that instability has taken a more pronounced form.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">There have also been cases of mutual exemption of party convener and member secretary.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Now the party&#8217;s notice to vacate the office is like adding fuel to the fire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dhaka Bureau: Public Rights Council is in danger of registration.
