{"id":7757,"date":"2023-06-20T15:00:14","date_gmt":"2023-06-20T15:00:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/?p=7757"},"modified":"2023-06-20T15:00:14","modified_gmt":"2023-06-20T15:00:14","slug":"2-0-dolu-municipality-xi-champions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/news\/7757\/","title":{"rendered":"2-0 Dolu (Municipality) XI champions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Sukanth Bikash Dhar, Satkania:<\/strong> The final match of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman National Gold Cup Cup Football Tournament Boys (U-17) 2023, which started late due to the short-sightedness of the organizing committee and the rude behavior of some people associated with the management committee, was completed today (Tuesday).<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Dolu (Municipality) XI became champions after defeating Tongkabati (Chadaha, Keochia) XI 2-0 in a short 40-minute game.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tournament and final game.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Azzam was adjudged the best player.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">According to the organizing committee and eyewitness sources, the final game of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman National Gold Cup Football Tournament Boys (Under-17) 2023 is scheduled to be held today (Tuesday) around 3 p.m. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The player selection phase started with both teams arriving at the scheduled time at the Vanu Satkania High School ground for the game.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In between, there was a great deal of commotion between the team managers of both teams.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">At one point, the manager of the Tongkabati team was from Keochia Union Parishad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Tongkabati team players left the field after UP member Jahangir Alam was slapped on the throat.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">But the Dolu team remained on the field.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">At that time, Qutubuddin Chowdhury, General Secretary of Upazila Sports Association and Upazila Awami League, who were on the stage, called on the mobile phone, and the President of the Sports Association and the Upazila Executive Officer went to the stage.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">Later, UNO called Kenochia and Chadaha union chairmen several times, but they did not respond at first.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">After about 45 minutes, the two chairmen appeared on the stage.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">At that time, UNO asked both chairmen to bring the players to the field.<\/span> <span class=\"ryNqvb\">The game was held later.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">In this regard, Chairman Ochman Ali said that due to rude behavior with our team manager, we left the field with our team first, then we started the game at the request of UNO. UNO Fatema-Tuz-Zohra said that, though there was a little ruckus, the game was completed smoothly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">UNO Fatema-Tuz-Zohra presided over the prize distribution ceremony held after the game under the direction of General Secretary Qutubuddin Chowdhury of the Upazila Sports Association. Salahuddin Hasan Chowdhury, Vice Chairman of the Upazila Parishad and Convener of the Tournament Implementation Committee, and Officer-in-Charge of the Police Station (OC), Md.
