Against all these cards, the money of the workers is withdrawn with fake signatures. Excavators (Vecu) are used instead of laborers. A road brick is being removed, and new soil is being laid. The project does not use signboards. Acting as chairman of two projects of the People&#8217;s Representatives. One ward&#8217;s public representative is working with another ward&#8217;s public representative. And in all these activities, Tag Officer Palli Accumik Bank Manager is helping with the irregularities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">It is known that under the EGPP project of Khankhanabad Union, the program for the very poor has worked in Ward No. 3, Ward No. 7, Ward No. 8, and Ward No. 9. Last November, 180 workers were paid a salary of 400 rupees for 40 days of work in the first phase of the project. Abdul Hamid road, Nayantara road, Basharzzaman road (eastern part), Tafazzal Ali road, and Nuruzzama road are among the works. In the 2nd phase, EGPP project work started on Raichha Coastal Community Center ground filling, Bangabandhu Road site filling with soil from Sundapi Para to Maulvi Para, and Ashraf Ali Road to Mosharraf Ali Bari. From Ishwar Babur Hat (embankment works) to Ashraf Ali Road, Tafajjal Ahmad Road (west side) is filled with soil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">When the inspector went to the surface, it was found that the scraps of the scavengers remained on the soil excavated from the paddy land in the projects. The bricks of Nurujjama Road have been removed, and the soil has been re-scavenged. There is still a huge hole in the paddy fields on Tafajjal Ali Road. The situation is the same on Abdul Hamid Road. The embankment work of the Water Development Board is shown in the 36-day program for constructing the embankment with excavators instead of 60 laborers. Behind the Union Parishad, 25 workers cut the soil from the field behind Raichha Coastal Community Center with a shovel and filled it with trucks. Didarul Alam, a UP member of the 4th ward of the union, was shown 60 workers in the embankment construction work of the 9th ward. This work was done by a scavenger. Similarly, Nurul Haque of Ward No. 7 has been made president of the field filling project of the Coastal Community Center of Ward No. 8.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Talking to the locals, it is known that on the pretext of doing more work instead of the workers, the public representatives (project presidents) are withdrawing money from the workers&#8217; SIM cards by keeping the voter ID cards of the workers in their own hands and making the master roll.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">In this regard, Jasim Uddin, manager of tag officer Palli Accumik Bank, said that the public representatives are their presidents. They work with workers and take signatures from us on the master roll. They have less opportunity to supervise their work. He could not give any answer when asked why scavengers were used in the work, even though there is a rule for women workers to work with male workers on a priority basis. When asked about the workers&#8217; SIM cards in the hands of the public representative and the fake master roll, he played a silent role.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">But he claimed that the roads had been paved. He said that it is not known whether there are signboards in the project area. Assistant Engineer Lipton Om was in charge of supervising the work of the EGPP project. He said the standard of work has been collected from the public representatives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">He said that about opening the brick road and making the mud road, it is being done on the mud road. We have always supervised. He said that the ID cards of the workers will be verified if complaints are received.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Banskhali Upazila Project Implementation Officer (Additional Duty) Riad Hossain said, I have been performing duties in Banskhali for a long time.
