{"id":6958,"date":"2023-05-22T10:41:05","date_gmt":"2023-05-22T10:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/?p=6958"},"modified":"2023-05-22T10:41:05","modified_gmt":"2023-05-22T10:41:05","slug":"land-offices-to-be-transformed-into-smart-land-offices-by-2026-fatema-tuz-and-zohra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/news\/6958\/","title":{"rendered":"Land offices to be transformed into smart land offices by 2026: Fatema, Tuz, and Zohra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"><strong>Sukanth Bikash Dhar, Satkania:<\/strong> Satkania Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Fatema-Tuz-Johra said that people can easily get all information about land by applying for e-namejari on the land office website and calling the hotline.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If there are no legal and paperwork complications, expatriates can register within 12 working days and residents within 28 days.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">All land offices in the country will be converted into smart land offices by 2026 once the Survey, Khatian, and Mauza maps are digitized.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">He was speaking as the chief guest at the function organized on the occasion of the inauguration of Land Service Week 2023 at the upazila land office premises organized by Satkania upazila land office this morning (Monday).<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">UNO also said that the ground operation of the previous analog system has already been discontinued.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Now you can e-register and pay land tax online from your home.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">By modernizing the Land Management Act, the government has started working vigorously to ensure that people get fast land services through smart services.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Satkania Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Lands) and Executive Magistrate Arafat Siddiqui presided over the function to mention land management very quickly.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">UNO Fatema-Tuz-Zohra said that land tax can be paid quickly and easily online, even from outside the country.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">However, there is still a shortage of manpower.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">But now all the new recruits are computer-literate.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The government has taken up all the activities of providing land services very quickly by filling up the vacant posts in the future.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">If this program continues, people will not have to suffer anymore to get smart land services.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Tehsildar (Acting) of Deodighi Land Office <\/span><\/span><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Among others, Tahsildar of Tulatali Land Office of Charti Union, Md. Ilyach, Md.
