The gang is spreading propaganda against BRTA at various places after failing to collect illegal benefits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All activities of Chittagong Bangladesh Road Transport Authority-BRTA have gained momentum. Various services have been digitized. As a result, the customer gets the desired service without any kind of harassment. As the services are digitized, the &#8216;rice&#8217; of the brokers has completely stopped. As a result, a class of syndicates have conspired against BRTA to undermine the image of the government. The matter has been reported to intelligence agencies at various levels of the government. BRTA office of Chittagong informed these information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Under the guidance of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Road Communication and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, Secretary ABMAmin Ullah Noori, and BRTA Chairman Noor Mohammad Majumder, with the overall support of various service activities, momentum has come. As a result, BRTA service activities are conducted with the overall cooperation and advice of BRTA participants including people from all walks of life, motor vehicle owners, various labor unions and professional people. Especially during the Corona period, the activities of BARTA were eye-catching. Officials at various levels risked their lives and completed tax identification number certificate updates and other activities properly. An officer named Salim Reza had to give his life while keeping BRTA&#8217;s program running in Corona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The dynamics of government revenue collection has increased several times. Also, the mobile court of Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has conducted raids against public transport charging excessive fares in Chittagong.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The people concerned said that people of various professions are happy with all the services in Chittagong BRTA without the presence of brokers. Under the banner of three-wheeler autotempo Malik Chalak Andolan Committee, an unregistered organization to take unethical benefits by spreading misinformation against the government institution BRTA. They have been creating anarchy on the roads for a long time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A syndicate of Chittagong Autorickshaw-Autotempo Sramik League Reg No.- Chatt-1469 General Secretary Nazrul Islam Khokon and others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 23 last year, Chittagong Autorickshaw &#8211; Autotempo Sramik League Reg. No.- Chatt-1469 General Secretary Nazrul Islam Khokon against the three leaders of the same organization, former president Ujjal Biswas, current committee Md. Elias, finance secretary. Yusuf filed a written complaint with Chittagong Divisional Labor Office, Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP), Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), Chittagong BRTS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is said in the complaint that the leaders complained against the General Secretary Nazrul Islam Khokon, that by conducting unconstitutional activities against the interests of the workers, they used the ordinary workers by name and anonymously against the officials working in Chittagong BRTA office and used the media for immoral benefits. They are on the verge of creating anarchy in transport.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Not being able to mediate in the BRTA office, they are spreading misinformation &#8211; more than 13 thousand CNG registrations have been given in violation of the &#8216;CNG Four Stroke Three Wheeler Policy&#8217;. Which is completely fabricated, false and fake. The actual data is &#8211; out of 13000 CNG scrapped 12848, registered 12846. Similarly, as vehicle registration is software-based or digital, there is no scope to register CNG more than the approval.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Since 2001, Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) has registered 13,000 CNG autorickshaws in Chittagong and 13,000 in Dhaka. At the time of registration of all these CNG auto rickshaws the term or lifespan was fixed at 9 years. Later, in response to the demands of the owners and drivers, the term of autorickshaws was extended to 15 years in three stages. That is why the replacement is ordered by the Ministry to be free from the impact of environmental damage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bangladesh Road Transport Workers League Central Committee Vice President Ujjal Biswas told The Crime that Nazrul Islam Khokon is not a member of our organization. He is basically an active member of CNG autorickshaw stealing syndicate under the banner of illegal organization. He has nothing to do with our organization. I have left that organization since 2016 due to Khokon&#8217;s misdeeds. He is not able to collect illegal benefits from Chittagong BRTA and traffic police and is now running false propaganda. However, the organization that he is introducing has converted the organization into a limited company through the election of the organization, submission of annual accounts, membership, and constitutional activities. A complaint has been made against all these to the director of the registration authority, labor department. He even filed three false harassment cases against us. In a word, his immoral activities are not condoned, but filing complaints and lawsuits has become his only profession and addiction.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chittagong Division BRTA Director Shafikuzzaman Bhunya said that no one will be given the opportunity to spread false propaganda against state institutions.
