Its price was 1,178 taka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) announced on Tuesday (May 2). He said that the new price will be effective at 6 p.m. today and will remain effective until further instructions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">On April 12, 2021, BERC fixed the price of LPG for the first time in the country. Since then, the price has been adjusted every month. After three consecutive price cuts, LPG prices have increased. There has been no change in the price of a 12.5 kg cylinder at the government level. It is fixed at Rs. 591 as before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the price of autogas has increased from 54 taka (90 paisa) to 57 taka (52 paisa) in May.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">It is said in the press conference that Saudi Aramco&#8217;s announced Saudi CP (contract price) of propane and butane for the month of May has been set at USD 555 per metric ton. The price of LPG for central consumption in households has increased. The price of reticulated LPG in gaseous form was 0.22 paisa per liter in January.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">In February, it increased to 0.27 paise. It is zero decimal 26 paisa in March and zero decimal 21 paisa in April. This time it has increased to zero decimal 22 paise. At the consumer level, the price of a 12 kg cylinder has been increased by 57 taka to 1 thousand 235 taka. At the retail point of private LPG, the consumer-level price has been fixed at Tk 102.91 paise per kg, including tax. Besides, the price of private LPG supplied in liquid state in reticulated systems has been fixed at 99 taka or 68 paisa per kg, including Musak, at the consumer level.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Apart from this, the price of autogas at the consumer level has been fixed at 57 taka and 52 paisa per liter.
