They agreed on the matter after the South Korean Defense Minister met with US Defense Minister Lloyd Austin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Some US Defense Department documents have leaked online. Several of these documents are &#8216;top secret&#8217;. Contains maps, lists, and images of Ukrainian battlefields. The documents also contain detailed strategies on how the US and the Western military alliance NATO can help Ukraine in the war.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The document leaked conversations between senior South Korean security officials. In that conversation, the US asked South Korea for arms for Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">South Korea&#8217;s presidential office said in a statement, without providing details, that the defense ministers of the two countries agreed that a significant portion of the documents were fake.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">However, the statement from South Korea&#8217;s presidential office did not say whether any specific part of the document was false or whether all parts were false.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">CNN has sought comment from the Office of the President of the United States. US security officials said the leaked information is real.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, the Pentagon says it is investigating the document leak. Speaking to reporters on Monday, Pentagon spokesman Chris Meagher said Washington was still investigating how the documents were leaked online. He said that sensitive classified documents are not only for our national security but can also lead to the loss of lives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">According to CNN, the US Department of Justice is investigating how the highly sensitive classified documents were leaked. The document contains information on how US intelligence conducts intelligence operations in friendly and enemy countries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">According to the news, very little is known about who is behind the data leak. The US Department of Defense is reviewing the matter and has tightened security for the flow of such sensitive documents.
