He said that using an EVM or ballot is not a big challenge in elections. The challenge is the participation of political parties and their healthy democratic culture.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">He said this at a press conference at the election building in Agargaon, the capital, on Thursday (April 6).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The chief election commissioner said that the commission will ultimately try to ensure that all parties participate in the election. If all the parties participate in the election, it is acceptable to the people.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">He said the decision to vote on the ballot is not under any pressure. Commission&#8217;s own decision. EVMs are more secure than ballots. Stopping rigging is easy. There will be no early elections, according to the roadmap of the preparation commission.
