Four people, including six Burmese cows, have been arrested in this incident.<br style=\"color: #252525;\" \/>\u00a0<br style=\"color: #252525;\" \/>On Saturday, April 1, at 10:30 p.m., they were arrested in a raid in the Chakmapara area of Ghumdhum Union.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Later, JCO Rezaul Karim, on behalf of the 34th Border Guard Battalion (BGB), filed two cases at Naikshyongchari Police Station against the arrested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Meanwhile, when the police sent the four arrested people to court, the court denied them bail and ordered them to be sent to jail. The arrested accused are Kantumong Tangchangya (40), Chutiong Tangchangya (36), Sumong Tangchangya (28), and Raishsa Tangchangya (60).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Earlier on Saturday at 4 p.m., based on secret information, the 34th Border Guard Battalion (BGB) went on a raid in Baishfari Chakma Para of Ghumdhum Union of Naikxyongchari Upazila after receiving information about the smuggling of Burmese cattle through a government dry loophole. At this time, unknown persons, including cow smugglers from that area, got together and attacked the BGB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">The OC (Investigation) of Naikshyongchari police station confirmed the case. Shahjahan said that BGB has registered two cases in connection with the attack. Four people who had been detained under the Special Powers Act were taken to court.
