International Desk:<\/strong> The President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, announced his eldest son, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, as the Crown Prince of the country’s capital, Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

The country’s state-run media reported on Wednesday that along with the appointment of the Prince, Sheikh Mohammed has appointed his brothers to the country’s top posts.<\/p>\n

Sheikh Mohammed, who became president and ruler of Abu Dhabi last year, appointed Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and his brother Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan as vice presidents of the UAE.<\/p>\n

Sheikh Mohammed also appointed another brother, Sheikh Tahnun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as the country’s National Security Advisor and brother Hajja bin Zayed Al Nahyan as the Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi.<\/p>\n

In a separate decree on Wednesday, Sheikh Mohammed also appointed Prince Sheikh Khaled as head of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.<\/p>\n

Analysts said that Sheikh Mohammad raised his son in various authoritative positions in security, economy, and governance, including the intelligence agency.<\/p>\n

According to Reuters, through this, there is an impression that the power of the United Arab Emirates is becoming more concentrated in Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi is the political capital of the United Arab Emirates, which consists of seven emirates due to its rich oil resources.
