International Desk:<\/strong> Investors fear that other banks like Silicon Valley and Signature may also be hit by the current crisis. After two banks, Silicon Valley and Signature, were closed in just three days in the United States, panic spread among the Americans. Biden gave a speech to allay such fears among customers. He said that the money that the customers deposit in the bank is completely safe. BBC news<\/p>\n

But despite the US President’s speech, it is reported that the share prices of banks worldwide have fallen. Shares in Spain’s Santander and Germany’s Commerzbank fell as much as 10 percent at one point in the early hours of the day on Monday (March 13).<\/p>\n

Small US banks suffered more losses than European banks. Despite the fact that the US government repeatedly stated on Monday that this crisis is easily resolved.There is no liquidity crisis in the country.<\/p>\n

In such a situation, it is reported that the Federal Reserve of the United States will postpone the decision to increase the interest rate for the time being. US banking regulators have announced plans to continue raising interest rates to curb inflation.<\/p>\n

President Joe Biden also said in a speech on Monday that all those whose money was stashed at Silicon Valley Bank will get their money back.<\/p>\n

After the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank last Friday, almost all customers’ money was stuck. Since startups and technology companies had a lot of transactions with this bank, as a result of the turbulent situation in the bank and the money stuck in the bank, the salaries of the employees of those companies got stuck.<\/p>\n
