Obaidul Quader said, &#8220;Khaleda Zia is convicted.&#8221; Has he been released? Sheikh Hasina has allowed him to stay outside on humanitarian grounds. Meanwhile, a party worker can be heard uttering the word &#8220;Daya&#8221; from the side.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">Awami League General Secretary Obaidul Quader addressed the party&#8217;s joint meeting at 23 Bangabandhu Avenue.<br style=\"color: #252525;\" \/>The Awami League general secretary also said, &#8220;The convicted person will be in jail.&#8221; Sheikh Hasina used human reasoning.Our leader, released on humanitarian grounds, But a convicted person cannot stand for election.
