The activities of the field offices are regularly supervised by the Cabinet Division. Recently, many officials are not available in the office room on time to communicate with the field-level officials. As a result, it becomes impossible for the public to make necessary connections with officers or employees of other organizations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525; text-align: justify;\">As common citizens are affected by this, the speed of government work also slows down.
