Noman is the son of local Abdul Hamid alias Balai Hafez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atiqur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Lohagara police station, said that there are 4 cases against Noman including two murders and 1 weapon case. For a long time he was on the run to avoid arrest.
