Dhaka Bureau:<\/strong> There is an allegation of fraud in the sample test for the detection of coronavirus against JKG Healthcare. The organization collects samples for corona detection in different parts of the country including Dhaka and reports to 27 thousand people without testing it. Most of these are alleged to be fake. On June 23, 2020, the company was sealed on this allegation. Later, a case was filed against the people associated with the company in Tejgaon police station.<\/p>\n

Chairman of the institution on July 19 last year. Eight accused, including Sabrina Arif Chowdhury and her husband Ariful Haque Chowdhury, CEO of the company, were sentenced to 11 years in prison.<\/p>\n

His children are ashamed of the misdeeds of father Ariful Chowdhury. Ariful Chowdhury’s first wife Fakiha Ta-Seen Mostafa Ananya is preparing to leave the country with her two children. For this, Ananya has filed a case to become the legal guardian and guardian of the children.<\/p>\n

Ananya filed this case in the court of Fifth Additional Assistant Judge and Family Court Judge Afroza Khatun on January 16. Ananya told the court that day that she is the mother of two minor children. Takes care of children. After the divorce with her husband Ariful Chowdhury, she did not marry again. Children stay with him. I want their guardianship. Their father is alive. The father has no objection to the children leaving the country.<\/p>\n

The court heard Ariful’s speech in jail. Ariful Chowdhury said, I am the father of those two children. I don’t mind if they go out of the country.<\/p>\n

On January 29, the court granted guardianship to the mother. Ananya was contacted to know about this. However, he refused to comment on this.\u00a0Ananya’s lawyer Malay Saha said, Ariful Chowdhury is in jail. Mother has applied for guardianship. The court granted it.<\/p>\n

It was alleged in the case that on March 13, 2013, Fakiha Ta-Seen Mostafa Ananya got married to Ariful Chowdhury with a dowry of Tk 5 lakh. They gave birth to a daughter in 2014 and a son in 2015. Housewife Ananya was busy with her children. In the meantime, Ariful developed a relationship with another woman. Note that Ananya did not mention the woman’s name in the statement. However, it is known that the woman’s name is Dr. Sabrina Chowdhury. Ananya and Arif started living separately from October 23, 2015. Later Arif started living with Sabrina. On March 3, 2016, Ariful was paying his wife 75,000 taka per month along with school travel, admission and emergency expenses of their children and 5,000 taka for daughter’s DPS.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, after separation, Ananya tried many times to start a family again with Ariful Chowdhury. But, Ariful did not heed his words. Between 2016 and 2019, Ananya realizes that she has to raise two children alone. In such a situation, the plaintiff offered the defendant to go abroad to study. But, Ariful said, he is unwilling to go abroad and does not want to start a family. On September 21, 2019, Ananya divorced Ariful by mutual consent.<\/p>\n

According to the promise, Ariful Chowdhury was paying all the maintenance expenses of the children till July 23, 2020. Ariful Chowdhury was arrested in the case of fraud in Corona. Later the court sentenced him to more than 11 years. Since then, Ananya has been bearing the cost of maintaining the children. Two children are studying in school. Since Ariful Chowdhury’s imprisonment, his children have been socially degraded. Because of this they are forced to change schools. Ananya is now moving to Canada with her children and trying to build a new life. For this reason children need to get legal guardianship. On December 21 last year, Ananya was asked by the Canadian Immigration Office to provide legal guardianship papers for the children.
