{"id":3414,"date":"2023-01-27T17:27:45","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T17:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/?p=3414"},"modified":"2023-01-27T17:27:45","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T17:27:45","slug":"western-engineering-bofgc-cup-golf-tournament-held-at-gazipur-cantonment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thecrimebd.net\/english\/news\/3414\/","title":{"rendered":"Western Engineering BOFGC Cup Golf Tournament held at Gazipur Cantonment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sports Correspondent:<\/strong> The prize distribution ceremony of the three-day long &#8216;1st Western Engineering BOFGC Cup Golf Tournament-2023&#8217; was held today (January 27) at BOF Golf Club Gazipur Cantonment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BOF Golf Club President and Commandant BOF Major General Md Maksudul Haque, NDC, AFWC, PSC, MPhil attended as the chief guest and distributed the prizes among the winners.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vice President of BOF Golf Club and other dignitaries were present at the time.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tournament which started on January 25, 2023 was inaugurated by BOF Golf Club President and Commandant BOF Major General Md Maksudul Haque, NDC, AFWC, PSC, MPhil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A total of 138 golfers including local and foreign players participated in the competition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the tournament Squadron Leader Habib won the title of Champion, Begum Neela Aziz Lady Winner, Master Sabrun Jamil Junior Winner, Master Ofif Iftekhar Ifrit Sub Junior Winner.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bashir Ahmed, Managing Director of Western Engineering (Pvt) Limited at the closing ceremony; Deputy Managing Director Md.
