Chittagong Additional District and Sessions Judge Sharifur Rahman gave this order after the hearing on Monday. Nasir is a terrorist listed by the police.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chittagong Additional District PP Moinul Alam Chowdhury said that the bail was opposed by the state. He said, &#8220;If the accused goes out on bail, we will mention to the court that the peaceful area will be disturbed again.&#8221; The court rejected his application.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On June 14, 1991, Chhatra League activist Tahidul Alam, a resident of Fatikchari Rangamatia area, visited the house of one of his relatives in Harualchhari area. On that day, at around 4:00 p.m., a group of gunmen from the camp attacked the Chhatra League workers in nearby Goltila area. A Chhatra League worker named Sanjit Kumar De was shot and died on the spot. Hearing the sound of gunshots, Tahidul Alam tried to return to Rangamatia by walking an alternative route. At that time he was also shot in the lower abdomen and died on the spot. The day after this incident, Tahidul&#8217;s cousin Md. Zafar Shibir filed a case against unidentified accused along with Cadre Nashir at Fatikchari police station. After the investigation, the police submitted a charge sheet to the court against 26 people, making Nashir the main accused.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 13, 1992, Nashir was arrested in that case.
