The 31st anniversary of the organization was held at the Bandarban Lama Center on the first Friday of the year like all the Quantum branches across the country. About four thousand people participated in it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After sunrise, students of Quantum Cosmo School and College, employees of the institution and their families, local residents and guests from different parts of the country gathered in the tranquil mountain environment of the Quantum Lama Center. They were immersed in an audio discussion and meditation on Total Fitness in the voice of Guruji Shaheed Al Bokhari Mahajatak, Chairman of Quantum Foundation. If a leg is broken, one can never sit comfortably in that chair. Therefore, to sit comfortably, the four legs of the chair must be well balanced. Similarly, for complete health, the four aspects of life should be kept healthy equally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After that, organier M. conducted a special prayer in order to become physically and mentally more healthy, active and happy. Maqsood Hossain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also, an annual get-together of Matri Mangal program is organized with distressed mothers and children. Thousands of mothers and children attended it. The day was busy with their walk. Then the fair begins. The local residents and members of the Quantum family from all over the country unite in the lost native culture and tradition. All in all, this festive event was filled with hope and joy for a beautiful future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It should be noted that physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being through quantum method has been called quantum for the last 30 years. Quantum is also offering this complete fitness training to the public.
