Basically, this tension takes place when the moisture in the body decreases.<br \/>\nBody sweats a lot during summer. Due to scarcity of water, water is consumed repeatedly. However, this trend decreases in winter. Not only that, lack of lactic acid, vitamin D, vitamin E and potassium also leads to muscle tension.<br \/>\n<strong>To deal with this problem:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen you get cramps or tension in arms, waist, legs, press and massage the affected area with your fingers. In this way the stiff muscles are gradually normalized by massage. But don&#8217;t force too much while massaging. It will do more harm than good.<br \/>\nAfter massaging the cramp affected area, do some stretching with light pressure after normalization. If you have another exercise routine, skip it.
