Meanwhile, Jasmin is living in various fears and dilemmas. Moreover, it is also alleged that the husband is harassing her in various ways.<\/p>\n

According to the court case sources, Kashem of Chandnaish Upazila got married to Jasmine Akter of Anwara. Jasmine is the daughter of Pechu Mia of Gujra village in Anwara upazila. Jasmine (51) got married to Nurul Mostafa Babul (53), son of Madhya Char Barmar Abul Khair of the same upazila on June 4, 2016 after her husband died. Their marriage certificate was registered on August 26, 2020.<\/p>\n

Jasmine built a new house in the hope of happiness, but the dream of married life did not come true. Within a few days of the second marriage, there were allegations of physical and emotional abuse by the husband. A dowry of Tk 5 lakh was demanded by the husband for business purposes. There are also allegations of inhumane beating by the husband for not getting dowry. Jasmine was enduring all kinds of oppression, torture and pain in the hope of happiness in the future world. In a cruel twist of fate, on July 11 this year, she was beaten and strangled by her husband for not getting the dowry money, the statement of the case also mentioned.<\/p>\n

Apart from this, Jasmin Akhtar has also complained that he threatened to divorce her from the house. Jasmine Akhtar told this reporter that husband Nurul Mostafa has not given me maintenance since marriage. I spent the day in great difficulty. I was subjected to various tortures by my husband Nurul Mostafa as I could not meet the demand of five lakh taka as dowry. On August 23 this year, I filed a case of dowry and torture in Chittagong Judicial Magistrate Court.<\/p>\n

In that case, husband Nurul Mostafa is harassing and threatening me in various ways after coming out of jail. Who is trying to implicate the children in my previous house in a false case? Meanwhile, it has been found that a divorce notice has been given by Nurul Mustafa. Try Nurul Mustafa’s statement was not found.
