The context of the liberation war has come up in our stage play in many ways. However, the play that has been discussed the most after the liberation war is the timeless play &#8216;Payer Awaz Pava Gaye&#8217; written by Syed Shamsul Haque. Under the direction of Abdullah Al-Mamun, the drama troupe &#8216;Theatre&#8217; brought the play to the stage, this timeless play was performed for the first time on November 25, 1976 at the Mahila Samiti stage of Dhaka. The play was closed from 2002 to 2012. After a break of 10 years, the exhibition of this play started again. Theater troupe has been staging the play for more than four decades. The play has been staged more than two hundred times. In independent Bangladesh, the history of the liberation war is still spreading through regular staging of the play.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Yesterday, on Victory Day, a special performance of this play, which is almost the same age as independence, was held on the stage of the Women&#8217;s Association. Theater Director (Organizer) Ramendu Majumdar said, &#8220;We try to perform this play every year on Victory Day. Because the history of our liberation war and the history of independent Bangladesh stage plays are connected with this drama.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On March 10, 1981, there were two performances of &#8216;Footsteps Available&#8217; at the 5th Third World Theater Festival organized by ITI in Seoul, South Korea. This was the first foreign tour of a Bangladeshi play outside India. The 100th performance of the play took place on March 23, 1990. 2016 marks the 40th anniversary of this play. On December 16, 2019, the drama celebrated its 200th staging. Besides, a performance of the play on March 25, 1987 at the foot of the National Memorial in Savar deserves special mention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It can be seen in the story of the drama, the war of liberation is all around. Anxiety-excitement is in everyone big and small. Men and women of 17 villages came to Matbar. Anxiety in their eyes and faces. He is assuring everyone by saying that he met Captain Matbar of the Pakistani army last night as well. Asking the people present to trust the Pakistani forces. A simple villager cannot be easily convinced by the words of Matabbar. In this way, the story of the play moves forward with the frequent occurrence of various events. Once Matabbar&#8217;s daughter came out of the house. He said in front of everyone that his father forcibly handed him over to the captain that night. Later that hero committed suicide. Of course, Razakar Matabbar was not spared. He was brutally killed by his own pike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ferdousi Majumder, Keramat Mawla, Tofa Hossain, Tripa Majumder, Maruf Kabir, Paresh Acharya, Samar Dev, Khurshid Alam, Nurul Islam, Rashedul Awal, Jowardar Saif, Tamanna Islam, Runa Laila, Tanveer Hossain Samdani and others are currently acting in different roles in this drama. .
