It is yet to be confirmed on what charge or in which case he has been arrested.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shafiqur Rahman took oath as Amir of Jamaat three years ago. At an auditorium in the capital, the party&#8217;s Chief Election Commissioner ATM Machum administered the oath to him.\u00a0 Shafiqur Rahman&#8217;s house is in Kulaura Upazila of Moulvibazar. He passed MBBS from Sylhet Medical College.
