Feroze (36) was arrested by RAB-7.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He was arrested from the Rampura area under the Feni Sadar Model Police Station in Feni district on the morning of October 24 (Thursday). The matter was confirmed by RAB-7 Senior Assistant Director (Media). Sharif-ul-Alam.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the source of the incident, as part of the central program of the anti-discrimination student movement, on July 18, the student population was holding a protest march and sit-in program in the Chandgaon area of the city. Shop employee Saiman Prakash Mahin (16) participated in the peaceful protest program of the students and started chanting various slogans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Andolan Nagar Jubo League leader and gunman. Feroze and other miscreants fired indiscriminately on the participants of the student protest and sit-in program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The accused also created panic among the public by thrashing the student crowd with hockey sticks, kirichs, daas, and batons and by exploding cocktails. At this time, the victim, Saiman Prakash Mahin, ran from the movement program and tried to save his life when the gunman said. Feroze and other bystanders opened fire with illegal firearms, and the victim fell to the ground with serious injuries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to kill the injured victim, the miscreants beat the victim with sticks and iron rods in their hands and left the spot, thinking the victim dead. Later, the local people and other student crowd rescued the victim, Mahin, in critical condition and took him to Chittagong Medical College Hospital for treatment; the doctor on duty declared him dead.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this incident, victim Mahin&#8217;s friend Mohammad Sharif filed a case at the Chandgaon police station of the metropolis, accusing 44 unnamed persons and 20\/30 unknown persons as defendants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The fugitive is accused in this case. Feroze was arrested on Thursday morning from the Rampura area of the Dhaka-Chittagong highway under the Feni Sadar Model Police Station of Feni district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arrested.
