It has been reported that at least three women workers were shot. Hospital authorities said that the condition of two of them is critical.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The incident took place in the Narsinghpur area around 11 o&#8217;clock on Wednesday with the workers of some factories. However, the police claimed that there was no shooting incident in the clash. Four injured women workers are admitted to Ashulia Women and Children Hospital. They are Halima Khatun, Babita Akhtar, Morsheda Khatun, and Champa Khatun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The assistant manager of the hospital, HM Asaf Uddaula Rizvi, quoted the doctor on duty as saying, &#8216;A total of four people have been brought to our hospital. Three of them were shot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This official also said, &#8220;Among the injured, except Champa Khatun, all the rest have been brought in a bullet-ridden condition.&#8221; Among them, Halima Khatun is a worker of Susuka Garments. The rest are generation next fashion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The police say that the workers of Generation Next Fashion Limited of Narsinghpur area were protesting for the demand of outstanding salaries and allowances for the past few days. This morning the workers of this factory gathered at Sinsin Mor area of Narsinghpur and started pelting bricks at other factories. At one point, when the police stopped them, the clash started. Later, the police dispersed the workers by throwing sound grenades and tear shells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Police Superintendent of Industrial Police-1. Sarwar Alam said, &#8220;There was no shooting incident. When the workers started pelting bricks at the police, they were dispersed by hurling sound grenades and tear shells.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He also said that if a sound grenade is thrown, if there are particles or pieces of brick where it lands, it can be thrown and hit like splinters. Maybe such a piece got into someone&#8217;s hand or somewhere, which is called a bullet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When speaking to several workers of Generation Next Fashion Limited, they said that the bypile intersection of the Nabinagar-Chandra highway was blocked for the last two days, demanding unpaid salaries. After the police removed the workers from the road yesterday afternoon, the workers first took position in front of the factory this morning. From there they were going towards Narsinghpur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At this time, workers from other nearby factories joined them.
