The defendants have been asked to respond to the ruling within four weeks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A dual High Court bench of Justice Naima Haider and Justice Shashank Shekhar Sarkar passed the order after hearing a writ petition on Monday (August 19).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Challenged the validity of the fifteenth amendment writ in the High Court for good governance (Sujan) Dr. Badiul Alam Majumdar, local government expert. Tofail Ahmed, former adviser to the caretaker government, M. 5 people, including Hafizuddin Khan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was recognized as the father of the nation through the fifteenth amendment. The caretaker government system was abolished by this amendment.
