The number of police forces is two lakh. When such a large police force became ineffective, it became difficult for the army to enforce it. But we have brought the situation under control nicely.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The army chief said, &#8220;The police must be more organized. Very soon the situation will become more normal. We are working on it. If the situation improves further, all regular forces will conduct counter-terrorism operations.
